PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK: Prequalification of General Contractors for a Gymnasium Addition and Interior Renovation Addition Project, located at 1825 Hogan Drive, Sarnia, ON N7S 6G9 The purpose of this RFSQ document is to prequalify a number of General Contractors that have provided sufficient proof of competency to provide the Scope of Services for the following projects described herein in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this RFSQ. Project: Gymnasium Addition and Interior Renovation, Sacred Heart Catholic Elementary School Address: 1825 Hogan Drive, Sarnia, ON, N7S 6G9 The Board plans to construct an addition on the existing gymnasium and renovate a portion of the existing Gregory A. Hogan Catholic School building in Sarnia, Ontario to become the new home of the Sacred Hart Catholic School community. The project is expected to proceed with an overall construction budget of 3.5 Million. Anticipated Request for Tender Period: January 2024 (pending Ministry Approval) Anticipated Construction Start: March 2024 (pending Ministry Approval) Anticipated Project Completion: April 2025 (pending Ministry Approval)
