*ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK: Gregory A Hogan Catholic Elementary School New Build The Board plans to construct a new two-storey building, located at 900 The Rapids Parkway in Sarnia, Ontario, consisting of approximately 6,650 gross square metres (71,580 square feet) of new construction, as well as associated site work including parking areas, driveways and landscaping. The building will be constructed with a structural steel frame, with masonry and structural steel stud infill. The estimated value of the proposed project is approximately 18.5 Million. The St. Clair Catholic DSB pre-qualified 7 General Contractors through Request for Supplier Qualification # 615-CP2202-GC. Therefore only bids submitted by the following contractors will be accepted:
